How can I pay for the class?

You can currently check out with Paypal through our class enrollment page. Debit and Credit Card service is pending but has been slightly delayed due to Covid-19 delays. If you do not have Paypal and would like to use an alternative payment please send us a email as soon as possible and we will get back to you with further details regarding your needs. 

Does Frame Point Studio offer Installment Payment Plans?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer installment payment plans, however if you have a Paypal account (which we offer as a payment method on our site), they do offer personal installation payments. 


What is your refund policy if I need to withdraw from enrollment?

Check out our refund policy here to see if you qualify for a refund.


Do you have to be over 18 to take the class?

We do not have an age limit for the students in our classes. Please contact us with further questions and concerns if enrolling for anyone under 18.


I am outside the USA, can I still enroll in courses?

Yes! our courses are fully online, as long as you have access to the class time slot and a stable internet you may attend from anywhere in the world. 


Is Frame Point Studio accredited?

No Frame Point Studio is not an accredited school, however industry standard does not require a degree to work in the entertainment field. A strong portfolio and confident attitude is all that matters.


Do you require a portfolio or application?

Portfolio reviews are per the discretion of the class instructor and will be clearly stated in the class description if needed. However most of our classes at this time do not require a portfolio review to enroll. 


What is the workload per week per class?

This does depend on the instructor however our general workload is 6-8 hours per week.

We do not provide any workstations or software at this time

Class policy

Please be respectful toward all students and instructors in the class. 

Discrimination or harassment is not tolerated 

We reserve the right to remove a student who has been warned or flagged for hateful attitudes

We reserve the right to use student work for promotional purposes only.

Any unauthorized recording of the class is prohibited. 

By enrolling in a course with Frame Point Studio you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the terms of service and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth. 

Refunds

Once the class is taken in general there are no refunds. Please contact us prior to the date of the first class starting to see what refund you qualify for. Please remember that when you register for a class you hold a seat that cannot be purchased by another student especially when class is filled and wait-listed. It is difficult to find a replacement for your cancellation so close to the start date. 

We do offer options for students who have extenuating circumstances.

Refund policy

  • All classes have a 10% cancellation processing fee that is non-refundable at anytime.

  • 90% refund 1 week before class starts (cancellation fee included)

  •  50% refund after 1st class session ends (cancellation fee included)

  • No refund at the start of the second class session

Course Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are not enough student sign ups. If we have to cancel the course the students enrolled will be fully refunded (there will NOT be a 10% processing fee deduction).
